Before you email
Including a few details helps us investigate faster:
- The product name and app version
- Your device model and operating-system version
- What you expected and what happened instead
- Any error message, with a screenshot if helpful
Please do not email passwords, access codes, payment-card numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information.
